That’s why CW Woodworks, a San Diego based company, was founded by Chad Weber, a San Diego native and graduate of San Diego State University.  

After receiving his degree in 1995, Chad entered the hardwood flooring industry. With his engineering background and creative ability, Chad knew he would be able to take wood flooring installation to a whole new level of craftsmanship.  After having quickly mastered the skills necessary, Chad started his own business, CW Woodworks Flooring, Inc., and he has now installed over 600,000 square feet of wood.
